Construction company with 20 years of experience is looking for a chartered Building Surveyor for immediate start. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Overseeing execution of residential building works - Quality control of materials and construction processes - Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on site - Preparing monthly measurements and certifications REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Building Surveying/Technical Architecture or Building Engineering - Current professional accreditation (required) - At least 3 years of experience in residential site management - Category B driving licence - Knowledge of AutoCAD and Presto WHAT WE OFFER: - Permanent contract - Company vehicle for site travel - 24 days of holidays - Stable, fully-funded projects
